Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order, in the United States and worldwide, and every order is tracked.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping email to follow your package all the way to your door.

Multi-car packs may arrive in more than one package.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs, aren't included in our prices, and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email help@cam360.co with your order number. We'll track it down and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email help@cam360.co before your order ships.
