30-day money-back guarantee

If your Cam360 isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Just email help@cam360.co with your order number and we'll reply within one business day with your free return label.

Please return the camera with everything it came with. Using it in your car to try it out is fine.

Once your return arrives, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label, so returning it costs you nothing.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email help@cam360.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

18-month warranty

Every Cam360 is covered against manufacturing defects for 18 months from delivery. If it stops working the way it should, email help@cam360.co and we'll replace it free of charge.

The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, water damage, modifications, or wear from misuse. It covers the camera, rear camera and included accessories.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order for a full refund until it ships. Email help@cam360.co as soon as possible.
